Dear Participants,

A big thank you to all of you who participated in the introductory session. Indeed, all of us are going to enrich this journey with our shared experiences and perspectives. I have taken note of your expectations and your core strengths.

I am so happy to welcome you to the Bach Flower Therapy Practitioner Level Course. 

I am certain all of you must be excited too!

Every form of learning is always very transformative and empowering.

Naturally you have expectations too since you are investing three precious resources – time, money and effort. So, you must make the best of it. In order to benefit most from this course, you could follow the three steps to success given below:

Learning Tips.

1. Set apart a specified time and period for your study. Although you can study anytime, anywhere, research has shown that a disciplined approach is most rewarding. Don’t binge, i.e., do not create a backlog and then go through the course lessons at one go. The duration of each video lesson is no more than 20 minutes – so you will not be overburdened or bored 😊

2. Be an active learner. There is no such thing as passive learning  – just watching videos is not enough! Keep a notebook handy. Write important points and note down the questions that arise in your mind. Summarize the main concepts. The best part of this course is you can pause, rewind, and replay any part of the video. As you study each remedy, you will be able to see how each could apply to your friends, colleagues, spouses, mother-in-law, or yourself!

3. Participate on the Discussion Forum.

Do not hesitate to ask a question or a doubt – there is no such thing as a silly or stupid question  😊
