Fear is a powerful and primitive human emotion. It is a vital response to physical and emotional danger — if we didn’t feel it, we cannot protect ourselves from legitimate threats. Fear can actually be divided into two stages – biochemical and emotional. The biochemical response is universal, while the emotional response is highly individualized.
Also, we must understand that the only place where fear can exist is in our thoughts of the future. It is a product of our imagination, causing us to fear things that do not at present and may not ever exist.
